• Available for collection from our Canary Wharf cafe at 18–19 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PZ.
• Minimum online order for local cafe collection is £50.00 (for smaller orders under £50.00, you are very welcome to visit and purchase directly in store at our counter).
• All whole celebration cakes are available exclusively for collection from our Cabot Square cafe.

Nationwide UK Mainland Delivery (Minimum Order £40.00):

• Orders £40.00 – £65.00: £15.99
• Orders £65.01 – £90.00: £12.99
• Orders £90.01 – £140.00: £8.99
• Orders over £140.00: £6.99

Weekly Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Schedule:

• Because all of our desserts are freshly made to order and chilled for transit, our weekly order cut-off for nationwide delivery is Monday of that week (orders placed after Monday will normally be scheduled for the following week's dispatch).

Courier & Delivery Terms:

• After we hand the package over to our courier, the delivery resides with the courier and your interaction with the courier.
• Please ensure you monitor the notifications via email or text message from our courier and the tracking link.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is entered correctly. Once the package was handed over to our courier we cannot take responsibility if the package was not delivered or it was delivered late due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
• Similarly, if nobody is available at the destination address to collect the package, please rearrange the delivery or redirect it to a neighbour or safe place. We cannot take responsibility if the package is late due to the recipient not being home at the time of delivery.
