We know how important nutritional values are for our customers! In the past few months we have been testing and improving on our recipes, based on customer feedback, using ingredients we know and trust to ensure that our desserts are suitable for those with strict dietary requirements, including Keto, diabetics and others on a Low Carb diet or avoiding sugar. We take nutrition very seriously. We always strive to ensure that each of our products is high in naturally derived proteins and healthy fats and contains less than 5 grams of carbs per serving. All our products are baked using almond flour and sweetened with Stevia. We use plant-based milk, cream and butter and all flavours and extracts are natural and with no added sugar. The primary source of protein is the almond flour. Fats in our products are always from healthy sources, such as almond flour, coconut oil, coconut yogurt or avocado.
All of our recipes are currently being analysed professionally and full nutritional values prepared for each recipe. Unfortunately, as a small family business, our resources mean that we are not able to publish the full nutritional values for all of our products from day 1, and as our recipes have evolved in the past few months, so have the nutritional values.
