Delivery Areas

Our delivery service is currently limited to London only, although we will soon be launching a UK-wide delivery service. We deliver to the following postcodes within London: E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC, BR, CM, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, UB and WD. If your postcode is not on this list, please contact us to check availability of our delivery service.

Designated Delivery days

We use our own logistics for delivery within London and currently deliver on the following designated days:

  • Tuesday - SE, E, IG, RM, DA, BR, CR, CM postcodes;
  • Wednesday - SW, W, SM, KT, TW, UB postcodes;
  • Thursday - N, NW, HA, WD, EN postcodes;
  • Friday - EC & WC postcodes.

We ask that any orders are placed at least 3 days before the above designated delivery days. If the order is received within a shorter time-frame, we will endeavour to include your order within the next delivery day for your postcode, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to do so. In those circumstances, we will contact you to confirm the soonest we will be able to arrange delivery.

Please include a phone number AND email address when placing your order. If you don’t, we can’t accept responsibility for late deliveries in circumstances where we are unable to contact you on the day of delivery.

If you are placing an order for a special event and require delivery on a designated date, please contact us via our social media channels to confirm availability before placing your order.

Delivery Prices

Delivery is based on distance. The following standard rates apply:

  • Zones 1-2 - £10.00;
  • Zone 3 - £15.00;
  • Zones 4-6 - £20.00.

Please ensure that you select the correct rate on Checkout based on your postcode. If the wrong rate is selected, we reserve our right to contact you once we have received your order in order to take payment for any additional delivery charges.
